Use Scan QR Code for live continuous scanning. Use Scan From Photo only when you already have an image saved on the phone.
Upload the same used car price change spreadsheet you normally use for used hang tags. The app matches rows by stock number and uses that sheet for used retail/final pricing.
Use one stock number or one full vehicle URL per line. On the lot, you can save the scans first and review them later at your desk. Reviewed batches are stored for 24 hours and tied to a recovery code.

Use this later from desktop to reopen a stored batch and generate the PDF without rescanning the vehicles.
Mixed new and used is fine The system detects new versus used from the vehicle detail link or the live match it finds for the stock number.
Batch location stays consistent Choose the lot you are standing on. That selected location is what prints on every tag in this batch.
Storage stays short-lived Only the resolved vehicle rows are stored, not the finished PDF, and expired batches are removed automatically after 24 hours.
